D’ Essence of Her is a jewellery shop created to celebrate every woman’s story. We design and offer pieces meant to be worn with pride — reminders that you are enough, you are seen, and you are worthy exactly as you are.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph each piece as accurately as we can. Colours, textures, and finishes can look slightly different from screen to screen, and handmade or small-batch details may vary from piece to piece. Those natural variations are part of the character of the jewellery and are not considered defects.

Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the items in your cart. We may accept or decline an order for reasons including availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount already charged for the unfulfilled items.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are payable in full at the time of purchase, unless we state otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping

Shipping options, timeframes, and costs are presented at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.

Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Returns, exchanges, and quality

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any order.

We take great care to inspect each piece and pack it with care before it ships, so that what leaves our studio is ready to be worn and treasured.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photographs, product names, designs, text, and the D’ Essence of Her name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D’ Essence of Her is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
